Operations Assistant

Positioin Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Assistant with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support daily business operations, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA degree and possess strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate, document processes, and support management with clear, data-driven insights.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational reports using advanced Excel functions
  • Create and maintain professional documentation, reports, and operational records in Microsoft Word
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases
  • Support management with data-driven analysis and performance tracking
  • Communicate operational updates clearly to stakeholders through verbal and written channels
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • MBA (Operations, Finance, or related field preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, business coordination, or data analysis roles
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data validation, dashboards, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for professional documentation, formatting, and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination, reporting, and stakeholder interaction
  • English language proficiency required; IELTS certification (preferred)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
