Job Title: operations Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Transport Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role provides critical support within interdepartmental teams, ensuring the smooth running of all transport-related operations in line with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field being preferred.
  • Proficiency in logistical software is essential, as is an ability to quickly master new technology.
  • A successful Transport Coordinator possesses excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, as well as knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Organize and manage the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times.
  • Creating travel routes.
  • Scheduling drivers.
  • Conducting vehicle maintenance checks.
  • Monitoring transport costs.

Experience:

Our ideal Transport Coordinator candidate will have at least 0-1 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a relevant field. Proven experience in route planning and vehicle maintenance is highly desirable, along with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
