Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

The Operations & Coordination Manager will be responsible for daily coordination across all departments, ensuring smooth workflow execution, timely task completion, and achievement of monthly operational targets.

The role requires strong leadership, structured follow-up systems, accountability enforcement, and the ability to drive discipline across teams in both office and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Staff Coordination

  • Coordinate daily with all departments and staff to review work status
  • Ensure clear communication of roles and responsibilities
  • Conduct daily follow-up meetings/calls for progress tracking
  • Maintain structured daily work tracking sheets

2. Task Assignment & Monitoring

  • Assign tasks based on project priorities
  • Set clear deadlines and measurable output targets
  • Monitor task execution and ensure timely completion
  • Escalate delays, bottlenecks, or risks to management

3. Monthly Target Management

  • Define and communicate monthly operational goals
  • Track department-wise performance metrics
  • Conduct monthly review meetings
  • Prepare productivity and performance reports

4 Project Completion Tracking

  • Ensure site and office work progresses as per schedule
  • Coordinate between Site Engineers, Sales, Accounts, and Admin teams
  • Validate work completion through reports and updates
  • Maintain structured documentation of project milestones

5 Accountability & Discipline

  • Ensure punctuality and professional conduct across teams
  • Identify underperformance and report to management
  • Motivate staff to achieve company targets and deadlines

6 Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Maintain centralized tracking dashboards using MS Excel or project software

Qualification

  • 3–5 Years experience in Operations / Coordination / Project Management
  • Experience in Construction or Real Estate industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
