A well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Karachi is seeking an experienced and dedicated after-sales / MIS coordinator to manage all after-sales operations in manufacture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage invoices, delivery orders, and inventory records
  • Coordinate with clients regarding payments and generate aging reports
  • Resolve the client queries and delivery issues with the help of other concern depatments.
  • Maintain accurate data and reports in MS Excel
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth backend operations
  • Maintain and update customer and transaction records
  • Timely reporting to management on operations and client coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Data filtering etc.)
  • Experience with Busy Accounting Software will be a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle workload and meet deadlines
  • Male candidate, must be a resident of Karachi
  • Preference for candidates living near North Karachi
