The Operations Director at QSAS will lead the overall operations function, overseeing Procurement, Construction Delivery, and Facility & Site Operations across all projects and assets.
The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration across the asset lifecycle, from sourcing and contracting through construction execution to operational readiness and ongoing site performance. The job will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and governance compliance, ensuring that all projects and facilities are delivered and operated to the highest standards.
The job is also expected to establish a scalable and integrated operating model, positioning QSAS to efficiently manage current and future assets while supporting business growth and operational sustainability.
