Job Title: Director/Manager – Operations

Job Summary:

The Head of Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing daily operations. Additionally, the candidate is expected to creatively plan medical plans and optimize patient journeys. The candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO.

The role involves managing large teams, optimizing processes, and leading initiatives in healthcare for continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality service delivery within the field of home healthcare services. The candidate will work closely with RCM teams, and other teams to make sure goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop operational and strategic plans in coordination with executive leadership.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and reports, and implement improvements.
• Proactively create new clinical programs and rollout plans.
• Deploy technology and automation to the department’s process.
• Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities for expansion and partnerships.
• Design and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and organizational growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
