Role Overview

The Operations Executive at Bevbo Beverages will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s e-commerce operations, coordinating strategic initiatives with marketing partners, and ensuring the successful setup and smooth running of online sales platforms such as Daraz. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple functions and drive operational efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

Oversee daily operations of all e-commerce channels.

Manage product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and order fulfillment.

Monitor customer feedback and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Track sales performance and generate regular reports.

Marketing Coordination

Work closely with external marketing agencies/companies to align strategies with business objectives.

Coordinate promotional campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and brand visibility initiatives.

Ensure timely execution of campaigns and provide operational support where required.

Daraz Shop Setup & Management

Lead the setup and launch of the Bevbo Beverages Daraz store.

Manage shop content, product uploads, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor store performance, optimize listings, and ensure compliance with Daraz policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Provide support in planning, execution, and reporting of business strategies.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements in operations and e-commerce.

Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new tools or strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or related roles (FMCG/beverage industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Shopify, etc.).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
