Operations Executive

We are looking for a young driven professional with experience as an Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in logistics operations with strong expertise in customs clearance, shipment coordination and documentation handling.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations (air, sea and land).

· Handle all import/export documentation in compliance with international and local regulations.

· Prepare essential shipping documents (BOE, ACI docs, AWB, BL).

· Verify correct HS codes (Harmonized System) and other classification codes used for customs purposes.

· Communicate directly with customs authorities to facilitate the clearance process.

· Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs agents, and clients to ensure timely and efficient movement of cargo.

· Provide customers with guidance on customs-related issues.

· Ensure accurate and organized documentation for all shipments.

· Resolve operational issues and provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

· Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international trade documentation.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Comfortable managing multiple clients and complex shipments.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

· Young motivated professional with 1–2 years of operational experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software.

· Knowledge of Incoterms, freight rates, and global shipping routes is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
