Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive with a strong background in the

automotive/vehicle accessories industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing

day-to-day operations, coordinating across departments, and ensuring smooth execution of

projects and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across multiple departments
• Manage and track ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion
• Handle documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Act as a central point of communication between departments
• Monitor workflow efficiency and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management
• Support logistics, inventory, and execution planning as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive or vehicle-related operations
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Experience in documentation, administration, and reporting
• Ability to manage tasks across multiple departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
