Operations Executive

KIN Logistic Solutions is offering an exciting opportunity to join as an "Operations Officer / Executive." This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and logistics management to manage night shift operations (US Time Zone). We are looking for motivated and skilled candidates ready to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Location: Karachi. (on-site)

Multiple Shifts: Evening And Night

Responsibilities:

• Provides customer services and handle the logistics operations for the USA clients.
• Track and trace of shipments, inventory management, Route management of the vehicles.
• Communicate with the drivers, ports and other network partners.
• Dispatch operation handling.
• Provide reports to the customers through Excel and BI.
• Billing preparation and submission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a relevant field.
• 01 to 1.5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
