Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day cold chain operations.
- Handle air import and air export shipments, including coordination with airlines, agents, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper temperature control and monitoring of cold chain consignments.
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication with customers, airlines, agents, and internal departments.
- Prepare and review operational emails, shipment updates, and reports.
- Coordinate with drivers and operations staff for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain shipment records, temperature logs, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Report operational issues, delays, or deviations to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, or Business Administration).
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Sound knowledge of air import and export operations.1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics or cold chain operations.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle operational pressure
- Proficiency in emails and MS Office
