Operations Executive - ColdChain

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day cold chain operations.
• Handle air import and air export shipments, including coordination with airlines, agents, and internal teams.
• Ensure proper temperature control and monitoring of cold chain consignments.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with customers, airlines, agents, and internal departments.
• Prepare and review operational emails, shipment updates, and reports.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations staff for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain shipment records, temperature logs, and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Report operational issues, delays, or deviations to management promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, or Business Administration).
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English required).
• Sound knowledge of air import and export operations.1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics or cold chain operations.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle operational pressure
• Proficiency in emails and MS Office
