Operations Executive – (Night Shift)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and support night shift operations for U.S.-based facilities from our back-office operations center. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong remote coordination capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset. The Operations Executive will be responsible for monitoring overnight activities, coordinating with vendors and field staff, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth operations during non-business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor operational activities remotely for U.S. facilities during night shifts to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage maintenance and operational requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Handle issues and emergencies promptly, providing updates and implementing effective solutions.
• Track, update, and close work orders in internal systems while maintaining accurate shift logs.
• Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports summarizing key events, completed tasks, and outstanding issues for proper handover.
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual, budgetary, and compliance standards, including safety protocols.
• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across different time zones.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations coordination, facilities management, or night shift operations.
• Familiarity with maintenance workflows, operational systems, and safety standards.
