Operations Head

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership
• Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Strategic Management
• Collaborate with the CEO/Managing Director to define business strategies and translate them into actionable operational plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop functional heads (Production, QC, Supply Chain, HR, Maintenance, etc.).
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Ensure workforce motivation, engagement, and training for skill development.
• Financial & Cost Management
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and control expenses.
• Optimize resource allocation, reduce waste, and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance to analyze cost structures and improve margins.
• Customer & Market Focus
• Ensure timely delivery of products with required quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Align manufacturing capacity with customer demand and market trends.
