Operations Head

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will assist the Director in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations across the real estate, construction, and logistics sectors. The role requires strategic planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects across industries simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in planning, coordinating, and managing overall operations in real estate, construction, and logistics.
• Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational activities.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and procurement departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and provide strategic solutions to the Director.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in real estate, construction, or logistics.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint and project management software.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
