Job Summary:
AMTIDAAD is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of Fire Safety (FA/FF), ELV, and AMC projects across multiple client sites. You’ll lead field teams, ensure compliance with Civil Defense and SLA standards, and drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the full operations plan across AMC, project works, emergency call-outs, and PPM activities.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations including manpower planning, attendance tracking, scheduling, and logistics.
• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, and coordinators deployed across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, UAE Civil Defense safety standards, and internal operational protocols.
• Conduct weekly site progress meetings and provide detailed reports to management and clients.
• Coordinate staff mobilization/demobilization with HR and validate job reports, timesheets, and work orders.
• Liaise with Procurement and Store departments to ensure timely delivery of tools, materials, and consumables.
• Address and resolve technical and manpower-related issues on-site; escalate critical issues when needed.
• Manage third-party inspections, certifications, and Civil Defense compliance.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, minimizing material wastage, downtime, and rework costs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardized SOPs to enhance service quality.
• Drive client satisfaction through regular site visits, quality assurance measures, and issue resolution.
• Enforce QHSE standards and lead safety programs across all operational teams.
• Evaluate team performance and recommend training initiatives for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years UAE experience in FLS operations with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of AMC contracts and Civil Defense compliance.
• UAE driving license.
• Immediate joiner preferred
