Operations Manager

With cutting-edge AI and machine learning tools, we deliver real-time performance even during high-volatility market conditions. We combine a user-focused interface with transparent risk management, empowering traders to navigate the fast-moving digital asset markets with confidence.

We are now looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive organisational efficiency, and support global growth.

This non-technical leadership role involves working closely with the CEO to oversee people operations, streamline processes, and build a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have experience scaling early-stage ventures in fintech, crypto, or other fast-paced digital sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee company-wide operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments including HR, legal, finance, marketing, and business development
• Establish internal systems, processes, and performance metrics to support scalability and operational excellence
• Drive people operations: oversee hiring, onboarding, team development, and performance management
• Manage internal communications and team alignment, fostering a strong company culture in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment
• Support the CEO in strategic planning, execution, and organisational growth

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with a track record of success in scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments
• Strong background in people operations, organisational management, and cross-functional coordination
• Prior experience in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or digital startups is strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage
