Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate brokerage and property management services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to streamline processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage and property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the brokerage and property management divisions, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) requirements.
• Coordinate property transactions, including sales, leasing, and contract management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and manage property portfolios, including maintenance schedules, tenant relations, and lease agreements.
• Analyse market trends and provide strategic insights to improve business performance and client offerings.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage and property management in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, tenants, and team members.
• Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification are an advantage.
