Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented to manage our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling patient registrations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner

- Manage patient registrations, updates, and cancellations

- Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits

- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, files, and databases

- Process patient payments, copays, and insurance claims

- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages

- Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, and filing

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
