We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning and long-term growth of our school.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline day-to-day operations across academic, residential, and administrative departments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between faculty, staff, and management.
• Oversee budgeting, resource management, and reporting systems.
• Implement efficient systems for logistics, hostel management, and student services.
• Monitor policies, compliance, and institutional standards.
• Support leadership in strategic planning, event management, and external partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• 1+ years of proven experience in operations or administration, freshers with with good communication, decision making and personality also can apply (educational sector preferred).
• Strong organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital tools for operations and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
