Operations Manager

Site Supervisor & Operations Manager – Aluminum & Glass Works (Installation, Maintenance & CAD Planning)

• Lead all on‑site activities for aluminum‑frame and glass systems, translating CAD/shop drawings into clear work orders, assigning tasks, and coordinating crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Oversee daily installation, repair, and preventive‑maintenance work, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project‑quality standards.
• Manage site logistics—including inventory control, procurement, equipment upkeep, and cost‑tracking—to keep resources flowing efficiently and budgets on target.
• Conduct regular inspections, resolve technical/design issues on the spot, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
• Compile concise daily/weekly operation reports, track key performance indicators (productivity, safety, cost), and communicate status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Aluminium & Glass Installation Maintenenace: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
