What We’re Looking For:

The Ideal Candidate:

• Engineering Degree/Diploma
• At least 2 years UAE experience
• 5+ years experience in Interior Fit-Outs or Property Management
• Proven experience in Project Management & Maintenance
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• UAE driving license
• Preference for candidates accredited by Dubai Municipality

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site supervision and quality control
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Lead and motivate staff and subcontractors
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and review BOQs and quotations
