Job Overview

Sunday Bazar is a fast-growing e-commerce thrift store operating on Shopify, specializing in thrifted footwear. We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and strong Operations Manager who can oversee all daily operations, manage departments, ensure smooth workflows, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

This role requires strong coordination, monitoring, and leadership, not micromanagement. The Operations Manager will guide teams, review performance, resolve operational gaps, and ensure departments are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall daily operations of the company
• Coordinate with and supervise multiple departments including Customer Support, Orders, Inventory, Listings, Marketing, and Operations
• Resolve inter-departmental queries and operational issues
• Push teams to meet targets and ensure smooth execution of tasks
• Monitor order processing, dispatch, and delivery workflows
• Supervise the Customer Support Department and ensure quality service standards
• Oversee and monitor returns, exchanges, and customer complaint handling performed by assigned resources
• Provide guidance and support to employees handling returns and complaints
• Review cases to identify whether issues are caused by internal team errors or courier-side mistakes
• Coordinate with courier companies and resolve delivery-related operational issues
• Work on and manage operational tools and software (Shopify, order management systems, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, etc.)
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
• Ensure proper coordination between all departments for smooth business operations
• Prepare and share regular operational reports with management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in E-commerce Operations (Shopify experience is mandatory/preferred)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments efficiently
• Solid understanding of order management, logistics, and courier operations
• Comfortable working with software systems and operational tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Operations or E-commerce
• Experience in online retail, thrift stores, or Shopify-based businesses will be a strong advantage
