Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, and managing staff performance and departmental budgets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel/restaurant/resort to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.

• Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff across various departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.

• Guest Experience:

• Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service delivery, addressing guest complaints, and implementing improvements.
• Analyze guest feedback and industry trends to enhance the guest experience continually.

• Financial Management:

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting; monitor performance against budget.
• Optimize revenue through cost control, pricing strategies, and targeted marketing initiatives.

• Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and other legal requirements.
• Oversee risk management procedures to protect guests, staff, and the establishment.

• Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and services are delivered.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maintain cost efficiency.

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and area for improvements.
• Use data analysis to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations.
