Operations Manager

Job Purpose: The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company's day-to-day operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can ensure operational efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and support business growth across refining, minting, trading, and product development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, including refining, minting, bullion trading, and value-added products.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor production schedules, inventory, and supply chain activities to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to align operational goals with business strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and operational risk management.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance analyses for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in precious metals, bullion, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of gold refining, minting processes, bullion trading, and value-added precious metals products.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in operational planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing company environment.
