Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company's day-to-day operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can ensure operational efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and support business growth across refining, minting, trading, and product development activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across all departments, including refining, minting, bullion trading, and value-added products.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Monitor production schedules, inventory, and supply chain activities to meet business objectives.

Coordinate with finance, sales, and marketing teams to align operational goals with business strategies.

Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and operational risk management.

Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance analyses for senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in precious metals, bullion, or manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of gold refining, minting processes, bullion trading, and value-added precious metals products.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in operational planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
