Job Summary:

Bizwave Consultancy Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager who can effectively manage and coordinate all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, a solid grip on financial management, and the ability to ensure smooth operational flow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise operations across all departments
• Ensure coordination between Finance, Sales, Marketing & Tech teams
• Develop and improve operational processes
• Analyze reports using advanced Excel (dashboards, forecasting, KPIs)
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
• Monitor overall business performance and efficiency
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions
• Prepare reports for management and decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
• 3–5+ years’ experience in operations / management role
• Strong grip on Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
• Good understanding of finance (budgeting, P&L, cost control)
• Ability to handle multiple departments simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Details:

• Location: Karachi (On-site)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
