TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager for its Admin Department. We are looking for a retired Armed Forces Officer with a proven track record in leadership, administration, and operational management. This role demands discipline, strategic thinking, and the ability to streamline processes while maintaining high standards of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all administrative and support functions of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Oversee facility management, maintenance, and security arrangements.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and vendor relations to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and implement systems for record keeping, resource allocation, and asset management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and event logistics for staff.
- Maintain staff discipline and a professional work environment.
- Liaise with senior management for operational planning and policy execution.
Requirements:
- Retired Armed Forces Officer (Rank: Major, or above).
- Minimum 10–15 years of service experience in administration, operations, or security management.
- Age limit: up to 50 years.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and implementing operational strategies.
- Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Urdu.
