About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager fluent in Russian and English (Arabic is a strong advantage) to lead our auto service and detailing business. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, especially for high-end and VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily detailing operations including preparation, polishing, PPF (Paint Protection Film) application, ceramic coating, and vehicle delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate staff schedules (detailers, polishers, PPF installers) to maintain performance and service quality.
• Enforce strict quality control standards across all detailing services: PPF, ceramic coating, interior & exterior detailing.
• Manage customer satisfaction, respond to escalations, and handle VIP client requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reordering of consumables.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control without compromising service quality.
• Generate operational performance reports for senior management.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in operational management or managing an auto service/detailing business.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in Russian and English is required, Arabic is a strong advantage.
• UAE driving license – required.
• Deep understanding of detailing services (PPF, ceramic coating, polishing) and luxury automotive standards.
• Proven team management and process optimization abilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, scheduling systems, reporting) is a plus.
