Operations Manager (Auto Service / Warehousing)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and technically savvy professional to take on the administration and operational management of our facility in DIC — garage/warehouse.
The main focus will be organizing the auto repair service for trailers, managing ongoing operations, and attracting potential clients for warehouse storage.

Responsibilities:
· Organize and supervise basic auto repair service (equipment and tools are already in place)
· Maintain daily records of workload, job orders, and work status
· Handle daily cash and basic cash flow (expenses/income related to repairs, purchases, and rentals)
· Prepare weekly reports (repairs, rentals, clients, finances)
· Ensure facility upkeep, basic maintenance, and general order
· Coordinate with technical staff and contractors
· Attract clients for both auto services and warehouse storage (targeting DIC and nearby areas)
· Handle incoming inquiries, present facility capabilities, and conduct basic correspondence
· Collect feedback and regularly suggest process improvements

Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in facility administration, auto service, or logistics
· Knowledge of accounting, cash handling, Excel/Google Sheets, and expense control
· English fluency is mandatory; Arabic/Hindi is a plus
· Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented
· Strong communication skills and understanding of auto service and warehouse operations
· Ability to respond promptly and maintain order on-site
