The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline all operational activities across sales, projects, and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of products and services to key clients. This role will work closely with the sales and project teams to support strategic client relationships, maintain service excellence, and drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, projects, logistics, and customer service teams.
  • Support the Key Accounts team in executing client requirements, project delivery schedules, and service commitments.
  • Plan and manage resources, materials, and manpower to meet project timelines and client expectations.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Track and review project and order progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics partners for timely material availability and delivery.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, budgets, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operational functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management or project coordination within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, client servicing, and project execution workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales, project, and commercial teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP systems knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and local regulations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
