Operations Manager Cosmetics

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee retail and store operations for a leading Beauty & Cosmetics brand in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sales performance, customer experience, and team leadership across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across stores to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of sales targets
• Drive revenue growth, KPIs, and profitability
• Monitor inventory management, stock control, shrinkage, and replenishment
• Ensure VM standards and brand guidelines are consistently maintained
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams
• Optimize staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local regulations
• Enhance customer experience and service standards
• Coordinate with Marketing, Buying, and Supply Chain teams
• Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and implement corrective action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in retail operations (Beauty/Cosmetics preferred)
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, P&L management, and inventory control
• Experience managing multiple stores (multi-unit management preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Arabic speaker preferred (for KSA market)
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems
