Job Summary

The Operations Manager oversees daily operations across production, warehouse, logistics, and delivery to ensure flower quality, freshness, cost control, and on-time order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including production, warehousing, logistics, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of flowers; enforce FIFO for all perishable stock.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory, expiry, wastage, and operational costs.
• Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead, train, and monitor operational staff performance.
• Prepare basic operational and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in operations (flower/FMCG/perishable goods preferred).
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Availability: Immediate joiners only
