Job Purpose

To oversee, manage, and ensure the effective delivery of all soft facilities management services across assigned sites or portfolios. The Operations Manager will lead soft services teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of all soft FM services, including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, security, waste management, and related support functions.
  • Manage and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and statutory regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and schedules to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
  • Supervise site teams and service partners, providing direction, performance feedback, and ongoing training.
  • Review and analyze operational data, budgets, and reports to identify improvement areas and achieve cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending meetings and providing regular operational updates.
  • Support contract mobilization, resource planning, and service transitions.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of consumables, equipment, and materials related to soft services.
  • Oversee incident management, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in soft services management, with at least 3 years in an operations management role.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple soft service functions within commercial, residential, or mixed-use portfolios.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
