- Set operating goals and objectives, to reach the monthly & yearly sales target for all your entities/outlets.
- Increases management's training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers and staff; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
- To ensure the SOP’s are introduced, documented for different entities and its followed by the all the outlet. Also to timely update the SOP’s as and when required.
- Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general administration are completed & in place according to company’s policy & chain operation manual.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- To follow day to day operations of IT systems, ensuring that planning, addressed and monitored to ensure that deadlines, budgets and service levels are met and results delivered.
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes and encourages staff to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed for successful results.
- Oversee the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
- Maintains records of staff in a periodic manner and operating costs.
- Sets high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.
- Handle customer’s complaints in all outlets.
- Maintain budget and employee records, assist and supervise the payroll/ attendance reports, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping records.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of outlet equipment’s and other services on the periodic basis and adhoc basis.
- Ensures new products are executed properly following roll-out.
- Effectively identify outlets problems through reports and can ideate & execute to resolve the same
- Oversees the new sites and delivered on time
- Ensure understanding of security procedures in all stores.
- Set company transportation policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures.
- Full knowledge on Bahrain Labor Law, ministries and legal procedures.
- Ensure quality training is given to the respective RM’s and follow up on the results of the training in practice.
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum experience
- College bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Hospitality management.
- Industry relevant production experience
Knowledge of:
a. business and management principles and practices
b. financial and accounting principles and practices
c. project management principles and practices
d. knowledge of planning and forecasting
