We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations and drive successful project execution across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth execution of all construction projects.

Organize and lead Kick-off Meetings for new projects to align teams on objectives, project scope, and responsibilities.

Oversee and monitor project progress to meet timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and other regulatory requirements such as MOHRE, OSHAD, and municipal authorities.

Collaborate with Finance and HR to manage manpower allocation, project budgets, and cost control.

Build and lead high-performing teams across multiple sites.

Resolve operational issues promptly and report directly to the General Manager.

Prepare and present operational and financial performance reports for senior management.

Drive continuous improvement and strategic planning for the company’s growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience in construction, including at least 5 years in a senior management role within the UAE.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulatory standards.

Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale projects.

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in organizing and leading Kick-off Meetings and project initiation planning.

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
