We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our gym in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the fitness industry, strong leadership skills, and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily gym operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline
• Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
• Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
• Coordinate with sales, fitness, and admin teams to achieve operational targets
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a gym or fitness center
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
• Immediate availability is required
• Male candidates preferred
