We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to take full ownership of our projects from start to finish. This role requires a proactive leader who can bring in leads, design and oversee campaigns, and ensure flawless execution across all phases. The Operations Manager will act as the backbone of our operations—responsible for building and hiring the right team, managing them effectively, and driving the overall success of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and bring in leads to support business growth and project success.
• Plan, oversee, and execute end-to-end campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Build, hire, and develop the project team to ensure the right talent is in place.
• Lead projects by setting objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate team members to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for all aspects of project operations.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all departments involved.
• Identify areas for process improvement to optimize project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in operations, project management, or campaign management.
• Demonstrated experience in team hiring, building, and leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
