experienced and hands-on Operations Manager / Project Manager
for one of our projects in Bakery Industry. We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of
the bakery business
. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery

Manage HR-related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training

Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics

Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition

Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality

Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects
Requirements
-
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

English — B2-C1, Russian is preferable, but not obligatory
