JTR Holidays is a leading inbound and outbound tour operator based in Dubai, specializing in travel packages, holiday experiences, hotel bookings, sightseeing tours, and attraction tickets. We are looking for an Experienced Manager to lead and support both the Sales and Operations teams at JTR Holidays. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the travel industry, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex travel operations while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support both Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Regularly review and monitor team emails, live chat, and WhatsApp conversations to ensure service quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage complex itineraries, group bookings, and urgent travel requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with suppliers, consolidators, and travel partners to secure competitive rates and ensure service reliability.
• Monitor booking processes to maintain performance standards and ensure quality assurance.
• Address and resolve escalated issues related to tours, activities, cancellations, and refunds promptly and professionally.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees and refresher courses for existing staff to maintain high performance levels.
• Prepare and present detailed team performance reports, analyzing productivity metrics to inform management decisions.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and industry best practices.

Problem Solving:

Resolve all complaints without delay, to the satisfaction of both the agent and passengers. If necessary, liaise with Inside Sales, Customer Services Dept and Head of Inside Sales.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Language Requirement:

Advanced level of English speaking and writing is a minimum requirement which will be tested throughout the interview process.

Office Location

Bahria Town Clock tower, Phase 7 Rawalpindi, Hamdan Plaza Kabul Restaurant Building 2nd floor office 1.
