Operations Manager – Inbound UK Taxi Industry

CabCall Experts, a leading BPO specializing in customer support, dispatch, and back-office services for UK and US transport and taxi sector, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Inbound Taxi campaigns.

We are expanding rapidly and seeking a results-driven professional with hands-on UK taxi industry experience, especially in Autocab, iCabbi, and Cordic systems. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the inbound UK taxi support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure service-level compliance.
• Optimize processes, workflow, and team performance through coaching and KPIs.
• Handle escalations, performance reviews, and staffing requirements.
• Monitor dispatch and booking workflows on Autocab, iCabbi, and Cordic platforms.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior experience within the UK taxi Industry.
• Strong Preference: Hands-on working knowledge of Autocab, iCabbi, and Cordic systems.
• Minimum 2–3 years of operations leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager roles).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of UK taxi booking, dispatch, and customer service workflows.
