Operations Manager(Web 3 Middle east)

Job Title: Web3 Middle East Operations

Location: Dubai (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations strategy and execution for the Web3 market in the Middle East;
• Build and manage local communities (Telegram, Discord, X, etc.) to improve user engagement and retention;
• Manage social media accounts in the Middle East, including content planning, daily operations, and user interactions;
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to drive brand awareness and user growth;
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with local KOLs, media, and community resources;
• Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize operational strategies and deliver regular reports;
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business teams to achieve regional growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related fields;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto/Web3 operations;
• Previous experience in a centralized exchange (CEX) is required, with strong understanding of trading platform user operations;
• Proven experience in community management and social media operations with successful growth cases;
• Strong KOL/media/community resources in the Middle East;
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a strong plus);
• Strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills;
• Result-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
