Seven Zones Travel is looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensure smooth workflow across departments, and maintain high service standards for our UK-based travel operations. This role requires strong leadership, process management, and travel industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for UK travel bookings, ticketing, holidays, and customer support.
  • Manage and support teams including sales, ticketing, holidays, and customer service.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and amendments.
  • Maintain service quality, resolve escalated customer issues, and monitor team performance.
  • Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, consolidators, and internal departments.
  • Implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and guide staff to ensure compliance with company processes.
  • Maintain smooth workflow during peak seasons and manage workforce scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a travel agency (UK market experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) and ticketing processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, handle pressure, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of UK routes, airline policies, and travel trends.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
