Job Title: Operations & Office Administrator – Immediate Joiner (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Banaswadi, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing EdTech and Training organization committed to delivering high-quality technical and professional training programs across colleges and corporates. We’re looking for a dedicated Operations & Office Administrator to support daily administrative and coordination tasks at our Banaswadi office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments.
  • Maintain student and trainer records, attendance, and schedules.
  • Assist in communication with clients, trainers, and vendors.
  • Support in preparing reports, documents, and maintaining data in Excel or ERP tools.
  • Oversee office inventory, logistics, and general administrative duties.
  • Coordinate event or training-related arrangements when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
