HIRING: OPERATIONS OFFICER (FEMALE)

Location: Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone)

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit UAE government authorities and ministries for approvals and clearances
• Liaise and coordinate with government departments and regulatory bodies
• Handle company formation, license approvals, and operational processes
• Follow up on application status, approvals, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Active, hardworking, and well-organized
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to interact confidently with authorities, clients, and team members
• Prior experience in PRO / operations / government liaison is an advantage
