Operations Officer

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily operations, store activities, logistics coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow
  • Manage store activities and maintain stock levels
  • Coordinate supply chain, shipping, and logistics
  • Supervise packing and order dispatch
  • Monitor and control inventory, conduct stock checks
  • Handle trade license renewals and related documentation
  • Support general operational and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or store management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes
  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
