We are looking for an Operations Officer to join our team

Work Location: Al Rai

Working hours: 6 days per week (Rotational shift)

The Operations Officer will play a key support role in the daily operations with a focus on coordinating mid and last mile delivery activities. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the sorting, dispatching, and tracking of parcels to ensure timely and accurate final delivery to customers.

Scope of job:

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules for mid-mile and last-mile deliveries.
• Ensure accurate, complete and proper documentation and labeling of shipments before dispatch.
• Assign delivery routes to drivers based on order priority & route optimization
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipments to ensure real-time visibility.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, including route changes, delays, and customer escalations.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries related to dispatch and delivery status.
• Confirm with customers on deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of delivery using Excel or WMS.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Collaborate with multi-functional team to improve services

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year experience in courier delivery field required
• Proficiency in excel
• Good Communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Team player
• Available to start immediate or on short notice
• Transferable visa 18

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
