Operations & Project Coordinator (Assistant to COO)

Karachi, Pakistan

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi – Onsite

Salary Path:

  • Internship (3 Months): 15,000 PKR
  • Junior (Next 3 Months): 30,000 PKR
  • Regular Employee: 40,000–45,000 PKR + Growth

About the Role: We’re hiring a smart, organized, and independent Operations Coordinator to assist our COO in client communications, task management, and operations. You’ll be trained to grow into an Account Manager with a strong understanding of marketing & project flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project updates & tasks in Odoo CRM.
  • Coordinate between teams for smooth workflow.
  • Handle client communication, follow-ups, and meetings.
  • Support COO in campaign & operational planning.

Requirements:

  • Organized, confident & fluent in English.
  • 6–12 months of experience preferred (internship or job), but not mandatory.
  • Independent working style & ownership mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving & coordination skills.
  • Tech-friendly & interested in marketing and operations.
  • Educated — O/A Level background preferred.
