Operations & Project Manager – Data Analytics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Project Manager with a strong background in data analytics to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize operational workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure system efficiency, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT and operational projects from initiation to completion
• Design and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and operational metrics
• Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and company standards
• Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Support digital transformation and technology adoption across departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and project management, with at least 2 years in IT or data analytics
• Strong understanding of IT systems, data architecture, and business intelligence tools
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
