The Role
Position Title: Operations Registrar Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE Responsibilities: Fast typing in English / Fast Typing in English and Arabic (if Arab) Protecting workbooks, worksheets, and formulas (permissions, password protection) Advanced use of IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX + MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, TEXT/DATE functions, INDIRECT, OFFSET, CHOOSE Array formulas and dynamic arrays (e.g., FILTER, UNIQUE, SORT, SEQUENCE in Office 365)
Requirements
At least Secondary graduate Previous experience working as a typist/ Office Admin and experience in freezone/business set up organization is an advantage Must be proficient in both written and speaking English & Arabic (a plus) They need to be advanced in excel - this is one of the most vital requirements, they will be given an assessment during the interview for their excel skill
