HDG Tranquil Spa & Wellness is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily spa operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support a high-performing wellness team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise reception, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coordination
• Ensure compliance with spa policies and operational procedures
• Support inventory tracking and supply management
• Assist management in improving service quality and efficiency
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Monitor daily performance metrics and operational reports

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness operations
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge
• Experience in luxury spa or hotel operations is an advantage
• Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
