Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operator / Supervisor for the Corrugation Department with hands-on facer machine experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising the corrugation line while ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the facer machine on the corrugation line
• Ensure proper flute formation, bonding quality, and board alignment
• Monitor machine parameters to maintain optimal production efficiency
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime
• Supervise and guide machine operators and helpers
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and production standards

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of corrugation and facer operations
• Ability to monitor and adjust machine settings
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Good understanding of safety and quality compliance

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical/Industrial field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating facer machines in corrugated packaging
• Experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment is mandatory
• Maintain daily production reports and quality records
